Nathan

Nathan Moore’s passion for innovation in 3D printing construction was sparked over 20 years ago when he first learned of groundbreaking advancements in China and Dubai. Since then, he has built a career as a seasoned entrepreneur and industry leader, bringing a wealth of expertise and creativity to every project.

With 18 years of experience in construction, Nathan has managed large-scale residential and commercial projects with exceptional precision and efficiency. In the Pacific Northwest, he successfully oversaw two subdivisions simultaneously, completing 60 homes with an impressive 120-day average from start to finish using traditional stick-building methods.

Nathan’s portfolio also includes managing multimillion-dollar commercial projects, from franchises to business parks, where he collaborated with engineers and architects to deliver custom designs and innovative fabrication solutions. His deep understanding of the construction process—from initial design to final execution—makes him a driving force behind MPS and its mission to revolutionize the industry with 3D printing technology.

Tiffany

Tiffany Paulson brings a diverse and accomplished background to MPS, combining expertise in compliance, project management, and organizational leadership. With a Master’s degree in Adult Education and extensive executive-level experience, Tiffany has successfully developed streamlined protocols for large-scale projects, including disaster response initiatives and FEMA partnerships.

Her career spans multiple industries, including the credit union sector, where she managed compliance, vendor relations, and corporate mergers. She has also worked with Tribal organizations, University support services and led efforts in event management and fraud prevention. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, Tiffany excels in fostering partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving organizational success.
